Job Description

As a member of the Maintenance Department he/she shall be responsible for the day-to-day operations within the property maintenance department ensuring plant and equipment operate with the least amount of down time. Maintain the complex facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs
