Job Title: Assistant Manager - Salon Operations (Full-Time, 10am-10 pm daily except Friday)

Apex Salon is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As the Assistant Manager - Salon Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring that our salon runs smoothly and provides excellent service to our valued clients. You will work closely with the Salon Manager to oversee daily operations and manage our team of skilled grooming professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, client bookings, and inventory management
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with client inquiries and concerns
• Ensure that the salon is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment
• Train and supervise grooming professionals to ensure high-quality services are provided to our clients
• Manage the scheduling of grooming professionals and ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed
• Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new clients

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality grooming services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of grooming techniques and industry trends
• Flexibility to work part-time hours from 5pm to 10pm daily except Friday
