Job Description

Our marketing department is looking for a creative and talented candidate to join our team as an Assistant Marketing Manager.  

You will be responsible for preparing advertisement campaigns & developing innovative marketing strategies. As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to think creatively. You should also have great team management abilities and must be able to manage multiple tasks with ease.  

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the sales targets are met
• Managing and overseeing the tasks of sales and marketing staff
• Training and guiding the sales and marketing staff
• Representing Maldives Business School on all media platforms
• Organizing and managing marketing events
• Organizing and managing the production of marketing materials.
• Overseeing the application and enrollment process
• Liaising with the academic and administrative departments in onboarding new students and ensuring the new intake is underway seamlessly
• Coordinating with the academic and administrative departments to seek new ways to improve the overall student experience
• Compilation of application and enrollment statistics

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR proven work experience in the Marketing department.
