Job Description

Job Profile Responsibilites:

• Coordinate the team's execution of domestic and international payments (SWIFT/ACH/MRTGS) within strict regulatory deadlines.
• Manage dual-control cash operations, vault custody, and ATM/CDM reconciliations to ensure zero-variance accuracy.
• Direct the KYC lifecycle and AML/CFT screening processes to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.
• Supervise customer onboarding and account maintenance while resolving complex operational inquiries.
• Drive rigorous daily GL reconciliations and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for management review.
• Support and guide team members to perform well in complex situations.
• Conduct relevant training and skill development initiatives to upskill subordinates.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a banking or financial institution, specifically in Operations, Payments, or KYC.
• Strong understanding of AML laws, KYC regulations, and local banking practices.
• Strong ability to lead & manage in complex situations.
• Maldivian Nationals only
