Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, managing staff, ensuring quality service, and maintaining hygiene standards. Handles customer complaints, coordinates with kitchen and service teams, and ensures smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Duties:

• Supervise F&B staff and schedule shifts

• Ensure high service standards and cleanliness

• Resolve customer issues promptly

• Monitor inventory and place orders

• Assist with daily reporting and cost control

 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
