Fantasy Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and energetic F&B Supervisor to join our growing team.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations of our Food and Beverage outlet located in B. Kamadhoo, maintaining high service standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage section, ensuring excellent service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure team motivation.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure positive outcomes.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with ordering and cost control.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Assist in menu planning, promotional activities, and service improvements.
• Attend to admin task of the Hotel 
• Ensure compliance with all food handling and safety regulations.
