Job Description

We are looking for Finance Chief for our projects

Duties:

• Managing financial control, risk and group reporting
• Developing financial strategy
• Reviewing, condensing and presenting business finance reports
• Leading on the annual financial planning cycle
• Monitoring the business’ financial plans
• Maintaining compliance
• Managing group tax planning and accounting
• Budgeting
• Maintaining investor relations
• Management of investment and fundraising
• Cash flow management
• Fundraising
• Banking covenants
• Management of investment
• Mergers and acquisitions

Requirements

• MIRA knowled is plus
• Bachelors degree in Finance or equivalent
• Capability to manage multiple channels of communication
• Strong Data Analytics
• Financial and Accounting work experience
• Dvehi and English literate
•  minimum 3 years 
• Pricing experience and reporting of all Business Units
• Analytical skills
• Revenue Process knowledge
• Costing, Forecasting and Budgeting
• Excellent skills of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP plus
