Job Description

Maldives Integrated Foreign Placement System (MiFPS) is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, maintaining compliance with MIRA regulations and IFRS standards, and supporting management with accurate financial insights for decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with MIRA regulations, IFRS standards, and internal policies.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Maintain accurate records and provide timely financial analysis to management.

✅ Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.

• Strong knowledge of MIRA regulations & IFRS.

• Proficiency in finance/accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, or similar).

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
