General Requirements

• Completed GCE O’ Level
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills

 

Job Specification

• Takes and processes Food & Beverage orders from guests.
• Has thorough menu and F&B product knowledge
• Handles guest inquiries and complaints
• Ensures that side stations are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
• Completes all the duties assigned
• Completes opening and closing procedures as assigned
• Replenishes supplies as assigned
• Assists in cleaning of the outlet assigned
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times
• Carry out any requests by management in conjunction with work
• Takes direction from Management regarding operational issues
