Job Description

Job Specification

• Follows Hospital Food & Beverage Standards at any time, in the F&B outlets
• Has thorough menu and F&B product knowledge
• Prepare and service all food items according to standard recipes and service standards
• Supervises guest flow in the Food & Beverage and outlet section
• Ensures that side stations, dining tables and serving counters are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
• Effectively communicates and disseminates information to team members
• Has complete knowledge of all duties and responsibilities of each job position reporting to him/her
• Maintains a positive and outgoing attitude on the job
• Handles guest inquiries and complaints
• Plan, supervise and control various operations, working closely and supporting the food and beverage staff
