Job Description

Greet the patients when they visit to Centre and guide them to get their required services
Answeing incoming calls or messages and provide services as per the patient requirements
Collect payments according to the appointments and services
Updating payment statements
Maintain confidentiality and impartiality of the patients
Any other work assigned by Head of the Department

• Minimum GCE O'level
• Must be fluent in English and Dhivehi
• Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Must have the basic knowledge of computer programmes (eg: Excel, Word, emails etc)
• Must be able to handle cash and POS transactions
• Must be highly Motivated, Energetic and Self-Desciplined
• Experience in a customer related field will be an added advantage
