Job Description

Greet the patients when they visit to centre and guide them to get their required services

Answering incoming calls or messages and provide services as per the patient requirements

Collect payments according to the appointments and services

updating payment statements

Maintain confidentiality and impartiality of the patients

Any other work assigned by Head of the Department
