Job Description

General Requirements

  • Minimum 3 GCE O'level passes Including English & SSC Dhivehi
  • Must be fluent in English and Dhivehi
  • Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Must have the basic knowledge of computer programmes (eg: Excel, Word, emails etc)
  • Must be able to handle cash and POS transactions
  • Must be highly Motivated, Energetic and Self-Desciplined
  • Minimun 1 year job experience in a customer related field will be an added advantage

 

Job Specification

  • Greet the patients when they visit to Centre and guide them to get their required services
  • Answeing incoming calls or messages and provide services as per the patient requirements
  • Collect payments according to the appointments and services
  • Updating payment statements
  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality of the patients
  • Any other work assigned by Head of the Department
