Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills
• Clear communication abilities
• Competency in MS Excel, MS Office, and computer knowledge
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Provide information about services and answer general inquiries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, generating invoices, collecting payments, and scheduling appointments.

Working Hours:

• 08:30-17:30
