Job Description

We are seeking pizza-loving candidates to join our team for the position of part-time front service (6hrs)

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promptly and warmly greet guests; takes pizzas and other food & beverages in an efficient manner.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients. Advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested; accommodate reasonable requests and notes preferences. Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Collects tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Receive delivery orders over the phone and pass tickets to the back-of-house.
• Prepares drinks as per recipes and trainings provided.
• Promotes a clean, safe and neat environment for guests. Ensures that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keeps area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards.
• Promptly addresses complaints or issues; relays relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor.
• Operates a variety of equipment, blenders, ice machines and coffee machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Be a pizza lover.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Be able to follow instructions.
• Prior experience will be an added advantage.
