Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check daily production schedule to determine variety and quantity of items to prepare and produce.
• Weigh ingredients following recipes and prepare items according to the recipes provided.
• Organize the kitchen, gather and stock ingredients and plan production.
• Clean machinery, tools and work place after used.
• Make sure to prepare Quality, Standard, Clean and Safe food all the time.
• Make sure to clean and organize the Freezers/Chillers stored and production area all the time.
• Make sure occupational safety and personal hygiene is maintained accordingly.
• Work with electrical machineries, ovens and mix ingredients using electric mixers.
• Check and put the label of production and expiry date appropriately to all the products.
• Communicate well with Superiors and colleagues to run the production smoothly without any break down.
• Undertake and carry out other duties/responsibilities upon Management request.
