Job Description

Position Overview:

VB Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our marketing team at the Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs for both wholesale and retail divisions, supporting digital, print, and in-store marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:

  • Develop compelling graphics for advertisements, social media, banners, flyers, brochures, packaging, and store signage.

  • Design promotional materials tailored for wholesale clients and retail consumers.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.

• Digital Media:

  • Create engaging visuals for social media, email campaigns, and the company website.

  • Support UI/UX design tasks for e-commerce or digital catalog platforms.

• Print Production:

  • Prepare files for high-quality printing, including product catalogs, business cards, posters, and POS materials.

  • Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.

• Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, retail operations, and procurement teams to understand design needs and campaign goals.

  • Contribute to brainstorming and idea development for new marketing campaigns and visual strategies.

• Brand Guidelines:

  • Maintain and evolve brand assets, templates, and design libraries in line with VB Brothers’ brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 2+ years of proven experience in a graphic design role (retail or wholesale sector preferred).

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, or Figma is a plus.

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print.

• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

• Creative thinker with a passion for branding and visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with product marketing for FMCG, electronics, or retail is a bonus.

• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving company needs and feedback.

• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an advantage.
