Job Description

Qualifications

*Completed GCE O Level (with good results in English and Math)

*Previous experience in a frontline role will be an added advantage

*Must be at least 18 years

*Able to work odd hours on shift duty.

*Computer literate and fluent in written and spoken English & Dhivehi

 

Main Responsibilities

*Airport reservation, ticketing and excess baggage functions.

*Carry out all procedures from passengers, baggage and cargo check-in, to boarding.

*Handling arriving passengers, baggage & cargo.

*Handling passengers. baggage and cargo, in case of delay, cancellation, critical connection and missed connection of flights.

*Deal with lost and damaged luggage.

*Dealing with VVIP, VIP, CIP and special needs passenger accordingly.

*Carry out all functions as allocated by duty manager.

*Should be thorough with Ground Operation Manual and carry out all functions in accordance to GDM.
