Job Description

Location: Onboard Yasawa Princess 



As a Guest Relations Officer aboard the Yasawa Princess, you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your role revolves around providing personalized service, addressing guest needs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout their journey.


Key Responsibilities:


Guest Services: Serve as the main liaison between guests and the boat's management team, ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Hospitality: Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by warmly welcoming guests, providing information about the boat's amenities, and assisting with any inquiries or special requests.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with guests, colleagues, and management to relay important information and ensure a seamless guest experience.

Cruise Activities: Arranging and attending guest events, activities and excursions.

Feedback Management: Collect and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.

 

Requirements:


Hotel school graduate and / or previous experience in a hospitality or guest service role, preferably within the cruise or tourism sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, punctual and highly service oriented.
