Job Description

General Requirements

• Degree or Post Graduate degree in Business Management or health related field
• Minimum 4 years customer service experience and 2 years in managerial position
• Healthcare experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in cordial relationship with diverse culture and nationalities

 

Job Specification

• Responsible for the management and day to day operations of Guest Services
• Ensure that high levels of guest satisfaction is maintained at every opportunity and to provide opportunities for regular feedback including the implementation of guest surveys
• Investigate and responds to Guest requests and complaints
• Develop and implement KPIs for the department and individual staff in Guest Services
• Works with respective heads of clinical services to ensure Doctors rosters are updated in hospital software system and booking are available
• Ensure correct billing and reconciliation of services
• Coordinates compilation of the capital and operational budgets of the department
• Take corrective action in situations requiring immediate intervention including interpretation and administration of hospital policy and work rules related to front office and Guest Services functions
• Coordinate with Business Development in setting health marketing strategies
