Job Description

Gym receptionists are the face of a gym. They greet members and guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks to ensure that the gym runs smoothly.

Gym receptionists may also be responsible for handling customer complaints or questions about services or equipment. They may need to know how to operate various pieces of gym equipment in order to demonstrate proper use or troubleshoot problems with it.
