Job Description

The Head of Business Development is responsible for leading the strategic growth, market development, and revenue diversification initiatives of the Maldives Stock Exchange.

The role also provides strategic oversight and business development support for the development of Maldives Securities Depository (MSD) services and ancillary offerings, ensuring alignment between exchange and depository market development objectives, while respecting the separate governance, regulatory, and operational responsibilities of each institution.

The position supports MSE’s public interest mandate, promotes sustainable market growth, and contributes 
to the commercial viability of both entities within the regulatory framework.
