Job Description

Job Scope

Responsible for sourcing new business and corporate customers through sales activities, assigning Relationship Managers to all business customers dealing with the Corporate Team and ensuring service levels and business relationships with customers are maintained, in order to achieve the corporate financing targets of the Bank.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 05 years of work experience in a similar field, with 03 years of work experience in a Managerial position of similar capacity OR,
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 07 years of work experience, with 04 years of work experience in a Managerial position of similar capacity
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications.
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.
• Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English (both oral and written communication).
• Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
