Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as Head of Project & Site Management. If you belive you are the right candidate please write to us. The key tasks, responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks.
• Supervise the team, mechanics and give them guidence when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
