Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Attend visitors and maintaining a presentable reception area.
• Attend phone calls, logs & route incoming documents.
• Assist in administration related tasks.
• Attend and delegate the maintenance jobs within the organization.
• Assist and track the documentation of visa, insurance and work permits for expatriates.
• Assist in other HR related tasks.

 

Requirements:

• A ‘Level 03 passes or Diploma in HR or any other qualification related to HR or Office Management.
• Computer skills with knowledge of MS applications.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player with a pleasant personality.
