Horizon Fisheries Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions at the Maandhoo Fisheries Complex site. This role ensures compliance with employment laws, ethical and environmental standards, and operational KPIs while fostering employee well-being and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are preferred.
• 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing or site-based operations. - Experience in the Maldives or similar contexts is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Maldivian Employment Law and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, a positive attitude, flexibility in handling challenges, and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
