Pacific Technologies is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in the Maldives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using XPAT Online and various HR platforms to manage and oversee all HR functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Oversee work permit applications, visa processing, and renewals using the XPAT system.
• Ensure compliance with Maldives' labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
• Handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and training programs.
• Perform all and any other related duties included in the role of human resource management as requested by the reporting officer.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in using XPAT Online and various HR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Maldives' labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
