Qualification and Experience

1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in a similar field

2. Exceptional interpersonal skills.

3. Fluent in English and Dhivehi verbal and written language and communication skills.

4. Knowledge of HR or hiring and recruiting best practices and applicable rules.

5. Excellent Computer skills.

6. Minimum 03 years of experience as an HR Manager or Executive field.

Job Description

1. Develop a suitable HR or recruiting strategy.

2. Locate and network with candidates who would fit into the required skills and culture of the organization.

3. Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms.

4. Sending job orders to selected agents.

5. Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.

6. Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals.

7. Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
