Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, including labor laws, recruitment strategies , and employee benefits.
•Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
oExcellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
oAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion.
oHigh level of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
oProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Attributes: Strategic thinker, solution-oriented, and proactive in addressing HR challenges. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the company.
Key Responsibilities:
•Recruitment & Staffing: Lead and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees to ensure the best talent acquisition.
•Policy Development & Compliance: Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
•Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, bonuses and health benefits, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
