Human Resources Assistant

Head Office – Malé

Lily Hotels is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our Head Office team in Malé. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh school leaver looking to start a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support attendance, leave, and staff file management
• Prepare HR letters and correspondence
• Assist with employee engagement and welfare activities
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• Fresh school leaver who has completed O’ Levels
• Good communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
• Friendly personality with a positive attitude
