Job Description

• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Arranging cash flow for visa formalities.
• Ensure Work permit fee is paid on time without occurring fines.
• Applying for New Work Permit
• Applying for Quota extensions, New quotas, Visa cancellation & Deposit refunds.
• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
• Familiar with XPAT System
• Assist in any other task that takes place as per the instructions of the Manager.
