Job Description

We are looking for SMEs, small businesses, startups, and growth oriented companies that are seeking HR consultancy in different areas of human resources management in terms of refining policy, restructuring and conducting training and awareness sessions. 

We offer a comprehensive suite of HR consulting services across the employee lifecycle, including:

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Developing effective recruitment strategies, designing engaging onboarding programs, implementing performance management systems, and fostering employee development initiatives.
• Compensation & Benefits: Designing competitive and equitable compensation structures, developing attractive benefits packages, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Employee Relations: Providing guidance on employee relations matters, developing fair workplace policies, conducting internal investigations, and fostering positive employee engagement.
• HR Administration: Refine Policies and Procedures, Employment Agreements, Job Descriptions, Recruitment Framework, Remuneration Setting, Onboarding
• Performance Management: Define Performance Management Process, Annual Performance Management Cycle, Mid-year Review, Annual Goal Setting, Coaching and Mentoring, and Career development goal setting
• HR Strategy & Planning: Aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives, developing HR roadmaps, conducting HR audits, and assisting with organizational design and restructuring.
• Learning & Development: Designing and delivering customized training programs, leadership development initiatives, and employee skill enhancement workshops.
• Change Management: Supporting organizations through periods of transition, developing HR strategies, and facilitating restructuring of the business
