Job Description

IMPLANT SPECIALIST / SURGERY TECHNICIAN / SCRUB NURSE

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides support to the surgeon and other surgical team members by performing
direct and indirect tasks which facilitate and contribute to quality care, efficient
through-put, and a satisfactory experience for patients undergoing.
• Collaborate with nursing on the opening of all sterile supplies needed for cases.
• Provide in-depth details of surgical implants and procedures to healthcare
professionals.
• Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to position the
organization competitively and to meet/exceed territory objectives.
• Provide clinical product support to end users (surgeons, healthcare professionals,
nurses) and on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
• Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding a variety of
topics, including product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational
programs.
• Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business
applications.
• Supervise arrangements made for surgical cases.
• Maintain detailed records of surgeries assisted.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Responsible and meticulous with a good working attitude and sense of teamwork.
• Possess an ethical mind, positive attitude, and self-motivated with good interpersonal
and communication skills.
• Familiar with OT practices and Surgical disciplines
• Ability to work long hours if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduating in the nursing field will be added advantage.
• Diploma in relevant field.
• Experience in the related field.
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE
Based on qualifications and experience.
