Job Description

Global Fire Services is seeking an enthusiastic member to join their team as Inspector

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of fire extinguishers, fire pumps, and other firefighting and protective equipment to ensure they are operational and comply with safety standards.
• Perform functional testing of equipment and check the integrity and performance of fire extinguishers and other equipment
• Identify and address maintenance needs, including servicing and repairs of faulty or expired equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, maintenance activities, and any corrective actions taken. Prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Ensure all equipment adheres to local fire codes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings, recommend necessary repairs or replacements, and provide guidance on fire safety practices.
• Adhere to safety procedures and best practices to ensure a safe working environment and minimize risks.
• Carry out on site servicing of extinguishers at Client’s properties.
