Job Description

Position Overview:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the installment team such as managing employees, and ensuring projects and equipment are monitored effectively. This role involves both administrative and fieldwork, requiring strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills to meet the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Management:

• Supervise and support service center employees to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive working environment.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, training, and coaching when necessary and report back to the HOD.

Site Management:

• Visit work sites to oversee employee performance and project progress.
• Monitor the use of equipment and ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Resolve any on-site issues and communicate updates to management or HOD.
