Job Description

• The inventory officer is responsible for monitoring and ordering of stock required for all internal and external customers
• Working with General and part sales to identify the requirement for all products when placing stock orders
• Ensuring all procurement procedures is followed when processing the purchase requisitions
• Liaising with the procurement department until the orders are delivered, identifying and solving any issues that may arise
• Liaising with the finance division for order approvals and managing the supplier's credit and payments until processed
• Communicating effectively with suppliers during the order placement process until the orders are delivered
• Assisting or carrying out the tasks assigned during the quarterly and annual stock count and reconciliation as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintaining proper documentation of all orders, updating the required files of internal and external and other administrative task assigned by the supervisor
• Providing regular feedback and updates on the assigned tasks to the supervisor
• Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirement

• MNQF level 07 and Above  in with 01 years of experience OR
• MNQF level 05  with 02 years of experience OR
• MNQF level 04 or A Level -  with 03 years of experience OR
• GCE O' level 03 pass/MNQF level 3 pass with 4 years of experience
