Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Develop visually captivating graphics for diverse digital and print materials such as marketing collateral, presentations, and social media content.
• Content Creation: Craft engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Website Management: Ensure the smooth operation and regular updating of company websites to maintain relevance, user-friendliness, and SEO optimization.
• File Server Administration: Manage and maintain file servers to guarantee seamless and efficient access to data and files for all users.
• Network Configuration: Configure and oversee network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Microsoft and Email Database Management: Administer Microsoft applications and email databases to facilitate internal communication and collaboration.
• Document Management: Organize, store, and manage digital documents and files for easy access and retrieval.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, content creation, website management, and IT administration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, and email management tools.
• Solid understanding of network configuration and file server administration.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
