Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with password resets, and addressing

                Basic IT Related inquiries

• Assist with the setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware, peripherals,

              Mobile devices.

• Assist in basic network troubleshooting, such as verifying network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot and maintain printers.
• Assist with remote support for users working off-site.
• Follow established IT policies and procedures related to security, data access, and compliance.
• Document incidents and follow up on remediation.
