Job Description

Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless technical operations between our organization and key external entities, including medical centers, recruitment agents, and other strategic partners. As a Tech Support Specialist for the Maldives Integrated Foreign Placement System (MIFPS), you’ll be the backbone of operational efficiency—resolving technical issues, streamlining communication, and optimizing systems to ensure the best outcomes for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly
• Facilitate smooth technical coordination between internal teams and external partners
• Optimize workflows and improve digital communication channels
• Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
• Provide ongoing technical support and training to users

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (certifications in tech support or networking are a plus)
• 3+ years in a technical support or systems coordination role
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with recruitment systems, healthcare tech, or enterprise platforms is an advantage
