JUNIOR ASSOCIATE (2) – MALE’ BRANCH / RETAIL BANKING DIVISION

Job Scope

The Junior Associate is responsible for providing support in the daily operations of the branch. This role involves assisting in customer service, handling administrative tasks and active participation in sales campaign and sales events.

Requirements

• Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
• Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
• Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• Fluency in oral and written communications
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
