Requirements

Passed Ordinary Level
Certificate 4/Diploma or equivalent qualifications in customer service 
Minimum one year experience in customer service field
Equivalent combined experience/education on Shipping & logistic industry will be an added advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Soft office Suit, Good Communication Skills in Dhivehi and English
Ability to work in a team environment and managing time efficiently
Pleasant personality

Job Responsibility

Handle vessel documentation and provide exceptional service,to both new and existing customers and correspond with principals, agents and all stakeholders.
