Job Description

Job Role

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain and organize delivery order (DO) release files and documentation.
• Print and email freight forwarders' delivery notes as needed.
• Communicate professionally and effectively to resolve customer queries.
• Provide clear and timely written communication with customers.
• Coordinate with customers to align with their expectations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the team.

Requirements

• GCE O/L or Equivalent Education Qualifications
• Experience in similar field would be an added advantage
• Good command in Dhivehi & English
• Demonstrable interpersonal skills
• Computer Literacy
