Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer base, by connecting through regular sales calls as required.
• Provide rates proposals for corporate customers with required supporting documents.
• Update rate structures on the systems accurately
• Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports.  
• Responding customer queries promptly and keep close follow up and ensure to provide solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team. 

Candidate Profile:

• GCE O/L with Passes for Math & English
• Industry related professional qualifications/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales/sales support functions
• Good Oral/written communication in English and interpersonal skills
• Fair knowledge in Microsoft packages
