Job Description

Job Role

• Manage existing customer base, by connecting through regular sales calls as required
• Provide rates proposals for corporate customers in a timely manner & update rate structures on the systems accurately
• Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports. 
• Responding customer queries promptly and keep close follow up and ensure to provide solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team. 

Requirements

• Secondary School Education, Ordinary Level minimum 5 passes including mathematics & English.
• Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
• Equivalent combined experience/education on Shipping and Logistic industry would be an added advantage.
