Job Description

Job Role:

• Manage and maintain an existing customer base through regular sales calls and communication.
• Prepare and submit rate proposals for corporate customers, ensuring accurate filing and proper documentation.
• Respond to customer queries promptly to provide solutions and rate requests.
• Maintain & update rate structures and customer information accurately.
• Assist in invoicing and resolving invoice issues timely.
• Follow up on assigned debtors regularly & in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• GCE O/L with passes in Mathematics & English.
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding and Shipping.
• Strong command of English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
