Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assisting customers and travel agents with air ticket & reservation needs and booking inquiries, timely and efficient manner in order to provide exclusive ticketing & reservation experience.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Secondary School Education, Passed GCE O' Levels including English & Mathematics
• Experience in air ticketing and reservation would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Should possess a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and willing to undertake responsibilities.
