Qualifications / Requirements / Responsibilities

• Completed GCE O’ level.
• Excellent communication skills in Dhivehi and English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Well presented, polite & tactful.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Pleasantly dealing with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

• MVR 6,000 - 8,000 based on qualification and experience.
