Job Description

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related subject
• Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Teaching
• Familiar with the IGCSE syllabus (Computer Science)
• 2 Years of teaching experience
• Good Teaching skills
• Experience in the field is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

 Class Responsibilities

• Marking student attendance within one hour of session start time
• Receiving students at the beginning of the session
• Be with the students during interval and lunch period

Planning

• Developing Schemes of Work based on the syllabus
• Planning and preparing lessons according to the monthly plan
• Identifying educational needs of each child, based on past performance and periodic evaluations

Teaching

• Delivery of lessons with appropriate strategies to ensure that learning needs of each individual learner are met
• Strengthening educational goals for each child through methodology, interventions and remediation
