Job Description

Main Responsibilities

• Overall tasks will be related to providing service at the lounge which includes conversing with customers and providing services to them
• Preparing the premises at the start of shift, between customers and end of shift which includes clearing up tables and cleaning utensils
• Attending to emails related to lounge bookings
• Ensuring availability of items in stock
• Carrying out necessary paperwork as per company accounting procedures etc.…

Skills and Personal Attributes

• Fluent in verbal and written English and Dhivehi communications
• Fluency in other languages will be an added advantage
• Able to initiate conversations with customers from all backgrounds
• Warm and friendly personality
• Able to work odd hours on shift basis
• Able-bodied

Qualifications

• Completed GCE O Level (with good results in English and Math)
• Previous experience in a frontline role will be an added advantage
