Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance operations across properties and facilities
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external contractors
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator, Water, and Utility systems
• Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
• Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and operational standards
• Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, inventory, and records
• Coordinate renovations, repairs, and improvement projects
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and operational issues
• Monitor maintenance costs and assist with budgeting and cost control
• Ensure properties remain clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field with minimum 5 yrs of experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator systems, Mechanical, and general maintenance systems
• Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and facilities
• Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties is an advantage
